Certification: Participants will receive an EQ-GI Certification upon successful completion.
Master & Certify you in the EQ Framework and application
Gain a solid command of the EQ-GI assessments
Certify you as a Facilitator to conduct assessment workshops
Activate the ACTER Models for immediate use and delivery
Qualify you to use the EQ-GI Self Assessment with individual clients
This certification grants licensing privileges valid through 2026
Grow connections with other coaches and expand the EQ Community
Program Structure
The EQ-GI Certification Program spans six days over 3 weeks in June, combining Zoom calls and asynchronous activities. Each day focuses on specific themes and concepts.
Participants will engage in both live sessions and independent learning to enhance their emotional intelligence skills. Coaches will leverage tools outside of the group meetings to further embed and enhance their learning.
Estimate approximately 10-12hrs per week
Participant Expectations
Complete the EG-GI Assessment and 1 hour coaching session
Commitment: Participants must commit to attending all sessions and completing assignments
Active participation: participants must complete all assigned tasks and engage in assigned group discussions and readings
Evaluation: Upon completion of the program, coaches will be evaluated on their knowledge of the EQ Framework and models

As a beta tester, you will participate in all program components, provide detailed feedback on your experience, and contribute to refining the program. This includes feedback on the communications process, marketing, website, assessment tools, program content, teach-back sessions, evaluation procedures, and post-certification marketing ideas.

We will provide structured feedback forms and opportunities for open discussion during and after the program sessions.
